Beginning with in-depth strategic sessions, we collaborated closely with Erakis Holdings to clarify and define their core values. This process was crucial in understanding their culture as a business. Following this we developed a series of posters and stickers, crafted to visually embody these values. These were put up all across Erakis Holdings’ widespread network of locations, ensuring that every member of the organisation encountered and internalised the new way of ‘ACT’.
